Director of Finance and Operations
Robert Booth joined Biotica as Director of Finance and Operations in October, 2009. Prior to Biotica he was CEO and CFO of Pronostics Limited, a spin-out of the University of Cambridge, where he made a major contribution to funding and building the business from original R&D concept through to clinical customers. With over 25 years experience, including a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange, he has raised over $60M and contributed to significant organic and acquisitive growth in both multinational and start-up companies within the pharmaceutical, biotech and IT sectors. Previously Rob held senior financial positions in Synomics, Tadpole Technology, Pharmacia, Cambridge Life Sciences, General Electric, and SmithKline. Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and studied Economics at the University of East Anglia, Norwich.
